Studio Policies

Effective Immediately. Booking an appointment confirms full acceptance of all policies outlined below.

1. Retainers (Non-Refundable Booking Fees)

All appointments require a non-refundable retainer to secure your booking.

The retainer is applied toward your final service total. Retainers are not transferable, not refundable, and not credited toward future bookings if you cancel, reschedule late, or no-show.

"Retainer" is the legal term used instead of "deposit" to reinforce that this fee is for reserving studio time and is never refundable under any circumstance.

2. Late Arrivals, No-Shows & Cancellations

No-Shows: If you fail to attend your appointment with no notice, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service — no exceptions.

Cancellations or Reschedules: 48 hours' notice is required. Under 48 hours = retainer forfeited + new retainer required to rebook. Habitual reschedules may result in refusal of future bookings.

Late Arrival Policy: You have a 15-minute grace period. After that, your appointment is cancelled, your retainer is forfeited, and rebooking will require a new retainer.

Early Arrivals: Please arrive only at your scheduled appointment time. There is no waiting room available, and early arrivals cannot be accommodated. You will be asked to wait outside until your designated time.

3. Service Pricing & Payment

All service prices are subject to change at any time without notice.

Pricing listed at time of booking is what will be honoured. Payment methods accepted: Debit, Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Debit, or exact cash only. There is no cash on site to provide change.

Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

4. Health, Safety & Eligibility

Arrive well and healthy. If visibly ill or if pre-care is not followed (sunburn, open wounds, active breakouts, recent Botox/fillers), your appointment will be cancelled and retainer forfeited.

You are responsible for ensuring you are a candidate before booking.

5. Guests, Children & Distractions

No guests or children unless specifically approved in advance. Anyone arriving with guests will be asked to reschedule and forfeit their retainer.

6. Refunds, Redos & Guarantees

All services are final sale. No refunds. Results vary based on skin, lifestyle, and aftercare.

You are responsible for following instructions. Touch-ups are not included unless specified.

If you miss the 6–8 week perfecting session window, it is forfeited and rebooking requires additional payment.

7. Touch-Ups, Colour Boosts & Long-Term Maintenance

Perfecting Session (6–8 Weeks): Must be booked within this timeframe.

Touch-Up Protection Add-On: $100 — optional, only applicable to new appointment bookings. Valid for one session within 10–16 weeks after first touch-up. Non-refundable.

Colour Boosts (Returning Clients Only):

- 9–18 Months: $250

- 18–24 Months: $300

- 24+ Months: Full new service required at current rates.

We do not touch up other artists’ work. A full new set must be booked.

8. Service Refusal & Studio Rights

Enhancements by Andrea reserves the right to refuse service for health/safety reasons or inappropriate behaviour.

If a service is refused, your retainer is forfeited. Harassment or abuse will result in a ban from future bookings.

9. Final Notes & Accountability

By booking, you agree to all terms. “I didn’t know” is not an excuse.
