General:
- We require a $30-$150 non-refundable deposit (price depends on desired service) when booking to secure all appointments, deposits go toward your service total.
- No refunds or exchanges.
- No other guests are permitted unless notified and approved before booking.
- No smoking/vaping during your appointment.
- We have the right to refuse service.
- Gift Cards are non refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Reschedules/Cancellations/Etc:
- Reschedules must be made with 48hour notice and can be done via your confirmation email.
- All cancellations result in forfeiting your deposit.
- We will not accommodate early arrivals, we will only accept you into the studio at your scheduled appointment time.
- We have a 15 minute grace period, after 15 minutes your appointment will be automatically cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited.
- If WE ever need to cancel your appointment you will be immediately refunded or we will reschedule you to a later date.
- No call/No shows: Your deposit is forfeited and you will be blacklisted.
Illness/Safety:
- If we feel you are ill at anytime during your appointment we have the right to refuse service immediately
- Masks are not mandatory
- For each appointment we ensure to: adhere to all municipal health guidelines regarding sanitization and proper protocols for permanent makeup establishments
- Failure to follow pre-care will result in your appointment being cancelled and deposit being forfeited
Payment Methods:Preferred payment method: E-transfer or cash. We can also accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Debit (we do not have cash on hand, it must be exact change)
PERMANENT MAKEUP IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR ANY CLIENTS WHO ARE OR HAVE:
- Pregnant or Nursing
- Diabetic
- Viral infections and/or diseases
- Epilepsy
- A Pacemaker or major heart problems
- Had an Organ transplant
- Tendency towards keloids
- Seborrheic dermatitis
- Skin irritations or Psoriasis near the treated area (rashes, sunburn, acne, etc.)
- Sick (cold, flu, etc.)
- Had Botox in the past 2 months
- Have upcoming vacations or special occasions planned.
- Used Accutane in the past year
- Allergic to anesthetic (Lidocaine)
- Extremely Oily or Problematic Skin
We strongly advise prospective new clients to book their permanent makeup appointments at least 3-4 months in advance of Vacations, Weddings, and Special Occasions. This allows adequate time for healing of both your Initial Appointment as well as a Perfecting Session 6-8 Weeks prior. To have perfect brows it is a multi step process. Dream brows cannot be achieved in just one session.
